The process for ordering a gift voucher:
- Select the gift voucher you would like to purchase (at bottom of this page) and press Buy.
- Select more than one or multiple of any gift vouchers to make up the exact amount you wish to give.
- When ready, click the Proceed to Checkout button.
- Complete the Billing and Delivery details:

- Add any words you would like included on the gift voucher in the Additional Information box. For example: Have a Merry Christmas Grand Dad!
- Select your preferred payment method and click Continue to complete the purchase.
- The gift voucher will be posted to the recipient. This gift voucher contains a unique number which can only be used by the recipient (whose details match those you identified). You will receive a Tax Invoice via email.
The process for using a gift voucher:
- The recipient will receive the gift certificate in the mail in a few days. Instructions for use are included with the certificate.
- They log onto www.tormekshop.com.au and make a purchase. When going through the checkout, they present their unique gift voucher number to the system.
If their purchase is less than the voucher amount, their remaining credit is kept in the system and they can use it another time with the same unique gift voucher number. If their purchase is more than the gift voucher amount, they can make up the difference using their preferred payment method. Alternatively, they can call us on 1300 769 258, to place their order using the gift voucher.
- Their new tools are promptly delivered to them - postage free of chare of course.
Select the gift voucher you would like to give. You can use the quantity field to specify custom gift voucher amounts.
