TORMEK Drill Bit Sharpening Jig (DBS-22)

The long awaited, newly released Drill Bit Sharpening jig for your Tormek.

The complex geometry of a drill bit point makes it very hard to free hand sharpen it correctly. This autumn Tormek will launch a new Drill Bit Sharpening Attachment DBS-22 which makes it possible to sharpen drill bits on your Tormek Water Cooled Sharpening System with the highest precision.

You create a 4-facet point which gives the ideal cutting performance. The optimal point and clearance angles can be set according to each drilling requirement, which depends upon the drill size and material. You can completely restore worn drills as well as broken drills to a perfect shape.

Straight and Square Edge Jig – For plane irons, wood chisels and spoke shave blades.

TORMEK Planer/Jointer Blade Jig (SVH-320)

Planer/Jointer Blade Jig – for HSS blades of any length. Min width 13mm. Also mitre guillotine blades.

TORMEK Multi Jig (SVS-50)

Multi Jig – For turning skew chisels, parting and beading tools and roughing gouges. Also for straight carving gouges up to 50mm width.

TORMEK Knife Jig (SVM-45)

Knife Jig – For most knives. Min blade length 60mm. Also for carver’s draw knives.

TORMEK Long Thin Knife Jig (SVM-140)

Long Thin Knife Jig - i.e., for filleting knives. Minimum blade length 160mm

Profile Knife Jig – For profiled paint remover blades and all makes and shapes of profile knives with 24, 30 or 38mm distance between guide holes. Not suitable for knives without guide holes.
